For the next two weeks, we're going to be sharing Black Friday deals and today I am focusing in on the tiny marketing club. I want to show you the behind the scenes of the reason why Tiny Marketing Club came to be a thing. Let me tell you a little story. Recently, I have been having a lot more conversations with soloists, fractionals that focus on operations, fractional CFOs, fractional COOs, fractional people, copywriters so people within the fractional consulting and solo service space, and there's one thing that I hear from them consistently and it's that they can't afford to hire out on marketing, that outsourcing marketing is not an option for them, that they have tried VAs and it never worked out, and for a good reason. They didn't have a guide, so the VA might have been absolutely freaking amazing, but the problem was they didn't have a guide. So the VA might have been absolutely freaking amazing, but the problem was they didn't have a strategist to be able to guide that VA in what made sense to focus on. So the tiny marketing club was born for those people that don't have huge resources, they don't have a huge budget and they need guidance. They need someone, a marketing mind, to guide them through on the best strategy for them.

And the idea of it stemmed from my experience with group programs and like masterminds, because I always got so frustrated because they would teach you a framework. There was no deviating from this framework. You just had to figure out how to make it work for you. Or there was no access to the specialist within the group program or the mastermind no one-to-one time it was. You either had to put your business out there for the rest of the group to see and hope that coach or that consultant responded, or you had to just figure it out yourself, or you had to pay buku bucks for on a retainer with a one-to-one coach or a consultant that can cost thousands of dollars a month. So I wanted to create something that wasn't that. I wanted to create something. That was everything that I wanted to exist in the coaching and consulting world, but it didn't, which made it really hard because I didn't know how to position it. It doesn't exist other places.

Tiny Marketing Club is not a group coaching program, it's not a course. One is the offer ecosystem. So I will guide you through the offers that you need, from passive lead magnets all the way to your main offer, to be able to lead people through the process and continuously upgrade. Pillar two is dream client messaging. I think that one of the biggest issues that most businesses have is their messaging. They don't know what elements of what they do matter to their clients. So I help you create messaging that will thread through on your website, on social media, on your emails and your content, to make sure that your dream clients are raising their hand and saying yes, please, that's for me. And then pillar three is the discoverability factor. So when you're reaching out to someone you want to set up a meeting, you're like this is my dream client, I have my eyes on you, I want you, and then you get nothing. Dm them and they don't respond. That won't happen with the discoverability factor. Them and they don't respond. That won't happen with the discoverability factor, because we will build your authority through either track one hybrid collaborations, where we're borrowing other people's audiences and we're generating leads with every piece of content we create. Or track two we're going to build our own damn stage and we're going to build a signature series that will give you the authority, because you are the host, you own the stage, you're in charge and you get to invite people to be on that stage for you. So how good does that feel?

Those are the three pillars we have offer ecosystem, dream client messaging and the discoverability factor and we'll go through all of those. You'll have plenty of opportunities to build the exact strategy that works for you in the time that you have available to you. So, within the offer ecosystem I'm scrolling down now so for people who are watching, you will see it we're going to build lead magnets that attract your dream clients and that they actually want to download. You'll get paid to generate hot leads. I will teach you how to do that with micro offers. We'll launch our gateway offer, which means no more ghosting from proposals. And all of this will also feed your email, your social, your website content in the fraction of the time that it normally would, because I have a process for that, of course I do. So I have a LinkedIn writer bot. All you have to do is tell your customer story and then the output will be a perfectly worded LinkedIn post that has been taught all of the frameworks that work on LinkedIn and I feed it all of my best content so it knows how to structure LinkedIn posts to get engagement. Sometimes I'll write a LinkedIn post and it's like mer didn't get a lot of engagement. I'll be like, okay, well, that was a good topic, so I'll copy and paste it into my LinkedIn bot that I created and I'll repost with that new. I also created one that will take your customer's stories and create a case study out of it. So you interview your customer, download the transcript, put it in there and it will create a perfectly worded case study for you. There's a lot of little bots and I create new ones all of the time, but those are some that are available that I charge $750 for if you're buying it alone, but it's included in the Tiny Marketing Club.

Another bonus is the one-on-one strategy session. So this is a strategic spark. I charge $9.95 for those, but you get it for free when you join the Tiny Marketing Club. So you get a blueprint of exactly what your lean marketing engine should look like and a roadmap of how to create it, so that you know exactly what to focus on within the Tiny Marketing Club, because I do have programs in a lot of different areas and you might feel overwhelmed, like, what do I focus on? Well, the very first thing we do is we build out your roadmap specifically for you, so you know what programs to take first and then maybe, down the line you'll want to take. Bonus number three is everything content. So this is a program that I sell all the time. It's $3,500 a quarter where we have a one-on-one 90-minute session. I interview you and then I create a content bank All of the content that you can create that would lead people to your goal for the quarter. So things that I have done with this is I've interviewed people and then I've come up with LinkedIn content for them podcast episode content, video content, lead magnet ideas, micro offers, all sorts of things and you get that. You get to a year where we do that, so we can come up with six months of content, ideas that are specific for your offers and what you do and what you're focusing on.

Bonus number four is the live workshops. So I have live paid workshops where you're getting a ton of value from them. Everyone else has to pay for them, but for you they are free and we will take you through one actionable accomplishment within 90 minutes and then you have you can take advantage of upgrades only available with it for those workshop attendees, which not everyone else can. And then the last bonus that we have are the live sprints. There are 1,500 a piece for everybody else outside of the Tiny Marketing Club and we do four a year. So it's a $6,000 value, and what they are is over a quarter. We'll spend four to six weeks moving through, launching something for you. So the one we're doing in January that I mentioned earlier is active lead generators. So together we will launch an active lead generator, which is a time-sensitive lead generator. Like a virtual event, a panel, a round table, maybe a secret podcast that's only available for five days. We're going to create one that brings in a flood of new leads all at once. That's the first one we're doing, but there's going to be three more this year. Everyone else has to pay $1,500 for it, but people within the tiny marketing club get it included, so that's a lot.
